Entire experience was fantastic! Mr. Burgess took his time to ensure we got the windows that made sense for our home while fitting within our budget. The crew was very friendly, courteous, and did a wonderful job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We used Burgess to replace all of the windows on the front of our house. From the salesman, Curtis and the lead installer, Dan, we couldn't be happier. They were all very professional and most of all - not pushy. They took the time to go over all the options and most importantly let us choose what works best for us on looks and budget wise.The windows are high quality and look fantastic. We went with Burgess Window Repair for replacing all windows on the front of our house, and installing two patio doors - we couldn't be happier that we chose this company. The team was always responsive, professional, and treated my home like their own (left it as clean as they found it). Their attention to detail and installation was top notch. We had them installed back in January and are still just as happy with our windows and doors as the day they were put in. Highly recommend for windows and patio doors!

From our first meeting with Curtis, to installation with Dan and Chris, a positive customer experience the entire process! Professional, courteous, educational, through out and kept us informed start to finish. Great looking, quality windows, that are a huge improvement from what we had and will help in energy savings for our home. Even showed us the extra steps they take, in making sure they have a good seal all around the windows for better insulation and we noticed a reduction from outside noise. Thorough, did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up after completed. We enjoyed working with Curtis and his team, these guys have years of experience and know their stuff on window replacement and repair.
